about Billy
Billy grew up immersed in sports, playing football (soccer), competing in athletics, and even dance. This foundation in movement and performance naturally led to a passion for coaching. Before stepping into the personal training world, Billy spent nearly six years working in schools and holiday camps, coaching children. It was here that the love for coaching truly took root – eventually leading to a career training the “big kids” in the gym.
Starting out in a private gym in West London, Billy dove deep into different training modalities, constantly expanding his knowledge and refining skills. Now, with experience competing in fitness competitions like Hyrox, Crossfit and Turf Games, Billy brings a performance-driven approach to coaching, helping clients push beyond limits they never thought possible.
Specialising in improving compound lifts from refining technique, building strength, or minimising pain, Billy is committed to helping people move and perform better. Whether dripping in sweat after a tough conditioning session, testing out some plyometrics, or having a laugh with clients, you’ll easily spot Billy in the gym – just look for the bald, shiny head!

Through structured training, progressive challenges, and daily movement, I provide my clients with the tools to push beyond their comfort zones. With consistency, dedication, and discipline, transformation isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable, and there’s always another level to reach.
